I, MaryAnn Bianco, opened La Bianco Salon & Spa in 1982 in Jamestown where I did many Chautauqua Clients.  When the opportunity came about to buy the Chautauqua salon I was ecstatic.  So in 2000 while managing 3 salons the opportunity arose and I took it.  In 2011 I changed the name to Vincenza in honor of my mother Virginia who was name after her grandmother Vincenza.  The first salon I worked in was in our house “Virginia’s Beauty Shop”! I thought it would be great tribute to a great lady and to my roots.  I always had it in my mind that when the Chautauqua Salon was to be sold, it was going to be mine.
